Eclipse of the Moon over New York City
Taken at 5:25 am on the morning of August 28, 2007 from the Hell's Gate pavillion of Astoria Park in Queens, New York.
The East River and the Triborough Bridge are in the foreground with the upper East-side skyline of New York City in the background.
The moon entered totality behind the bridge and I was never able to find it again with the scattered clouds and encroaching daylight.
